Although there are some lovely teachers at this daycare there are evident management issues resulting in a high staff turnover and consistent unfamiliar faces. Despite my child attending for almost 3 years often staff had no idea who she was/what her name. Since swapping to a different brand/centre we have seen huge developmental changes in our child and a dramatic shift in care standards. I was given several opportunities to give feedback as to why we were leaving which I provided constructive feedback to which I never heard any response or that my feedback was taken onboard. Then to receive my refund took 9 follow ups which was put down to 'staffing issues' - unfortunately the reason we were leaving in the first place.

My son is in the Toddler room and absolutely loves it. From starting in the nursery and moving up rooms, all staff and educators have been amazing and he has built extremely strong relationships with them. The new Centre Management Team have also been amazing and can see the effort they put in to making the Centre engaging for both parents and kids. Couldn’t be happier with the communication, support and care my son is receiving!

Our son has been at the centre for over 12 months now and we are very happy with his care. He loves attending & adores the educators.

Although there have been quite a few staff changes during his time there, the children in his room have stayed consistent and he’s formed so many great bonds.

The new management team are brilliant and have made a real change to the overall community.

Great centre, stand out teachers, especially Ms Kanchen. We were sad to leave and only left as we bought a new house. Our daughter would smile walking in each day, and I believe that was a reflection of her positive relationship with the teachers. Always felt comfortable and safe leaving my daughter with this centre.

So much to say about this childcare centre! And not very positive unfortunately. I would like this rating to be taken in a constructive way by the business because the centre has potential and the workers have good intentions but are under resourced and over-worked. Our daughter went to this centre for 6 months and cried and hung onto my clothes at EVERY SINGLE drop off. She is going to a new centre which is 100 times better (for the same fees!). So I got to the conclusion that the business model of the Camp Hill Learning Sanctuary is flawed and the money made is not properly invested in the children or the staff. The presence of agency staff is constant and EVERY week I got to see new faces in my daughter's class. This is less than great for little children that hate to be left in the care of unfamiliar people. Also, the toys were broken and in disrepair. The teachers were always very nervous because they were under staffed. I don't think this centre complies with the ratios to be honest. I've had chats with a lot of parents that are thinking about pulling their kids off the centre and heard conversations of angry mothers in the car park. The learning Sanctuary, something needs to be done about it!

My daughter felt at home from day one of attending Camp Hill’s Learning Sanctuary. The reception staff make her feel so welcome and cared for, through to the kitchen staff and of course, her day carers. They do painting, playing, reading, outdoor play and everyday is a little adventure and I get the best updates. I feel comfortable leaving her there and know it’s her home away from home. It’s hard leaving your baby in the hands of others, but these people make it that bit easier everyday. Highly recommend. ?

An absolutely amazing centre. The facility is new, clean, tidy and designed for interactive learning, but also very warm and homely. I am blown away about how the whole team have a genuine passion for childcare, and it shines through with every interaction I have with the staff. My 7 month old loves it so much, he doesn't even want to come home most days! I'm very grateful that we got a spot, I'm sure that they will have a massive waiting list in no time once people know how wonderful the place is!
