If you don't mind waiting over an hour after your appointment, then this is the place for you. To my understanding, sometimes the doctor needs to rush over to the ER to handle special needs emergencies. That's fine, but the admin needs to communicate with their patients that their appointment may be delayed for this reason. Instead, they act like they could less if you're there or not and don't apologize whatsoever.

The ladies were very nice and polite. They didn't make me feel weird because i look different. That goes a long way. Thank you.

This place is so rude! I would give them 0 stars if I could! We waited outside in the hallway for about 15 minutes after a lady said she would be right with us! Then we poked our heads in to see if anyone was there and the lady at the front desk in a rude tone stated she would be right with us! After she came out she acted like us being there was an inconvenience to her as I walked in with my mom to check in for her consultation the lady said we were checked in when we asked what she wanted us to do she rudely told us to have a seat with one of the biggest attitudes! If you don’t want to deal with people don’t come work in a customer service field! I will not be letting my mom have her surgery here based on this ladies attitude alone!

Very bad experience our appointment was 10:00 am and we was checking in from 9:00 am to see the doctor if possible and was waiting until 10:20 am and asking the reception we are waiting too much time and we checked in since 9:00 am she told your appointment is 10:00 am , I told i know is 10:00 am but we checked from 9:00 am and you didn’t inform no chance to see the doctor before your time also we are delayed 20 minutes more from our time to see the doctor , this all with a notice for more patients come and enter even with same our appointment time 10:00 am . That’s was my experience.
