The Resource Link is a fantastic staffing agency. I was looking to move into the accounting career field and was having no luck. Bernadette did a great job of linking me up with a great company. Bernadette has a lot of great connections around the Valley, so if you are looking for a new job in the area, she is an awesome resource to have.

Bernadette recruited me to a tax accountant position at a family accounting office. I've been here seven months now and very happy. She's a great listener, found out what's important to me, and fit my personality with the team, for a LT match. She continues to check in to make sure that it's still a good fit and remembers little things from conversations we had months ago. She's honest and intentional, I certainly recommend her.

I'm writing this review primarily to counteract the couple of inaccurate, thoughtless negative reviews.

Bernadette has been a trusted business partner for years. There are exactly two accounting / finance / backoffice recruiters in Phoenix whom I trust and would refer people without hesitation, and Bernadette is one of them.

Unlike big agency sweatshops who focus on volume at the expense of quality ("spray and pray"), Bernadette spends time getting to know both candidates and clients in order to best serve everyone. If all recruiters adhered to her level of detail the world would be a better place.

If I could give 10 stars to Bernadette, I would. She is the best recruiter I've met! She never gave up on me even after I didn't get the job! She's so friendly and honest to talk to. She would always help me prep before an interview, follow up after the interview, and give me valuable tips on how I can improve myself and different ways I can answer a question. She is the only one who figured what can of person I am and told me to "be myself". I listened and then she helped me land a job with a fun company I really wanted to work for! Thank you Bernadette!

I don't understand the negative reviews. I'm glad Bernadette wanted to see me in person before sending me out to a client. She's good at what she does. She understands the culture and environment at the companies she represents and knows the qualities that are important to them. By screening me first, she saved both me and the potential employers a ton of time. I found her to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. She didn't waste my time by promoting me to a bunch of places where my skills wouldn't be appreciated. The 30 minutes spent with her were much more valuable than running around to interviews for jobs for which I wasn't a good fit!
