Absolutely LOVE The Rock!!! Great coaches, great program! My daughter was a competitive gymnast through level 6 then switched to Trampoline &Tumbling. She advanced to level 8 there before she graduated. We love the family feel. The staff is great, very knowledgeable helpful. Strongly recommend!

We chose to drive further for this gym because the staff is always friendly and personable, classes are on time and orderly, and all my children- ages 5 through 12 years- cannot wait for their next class. The office staff was so patient and informative, offering a variety of trial classes. They also offer discounts for additional students and additional classes for each student!

If you’re looking for a Little Gym type experience, this is not the place. My son (16 months) loved the Little Gym. When we moved to Aledo, I was so excited to try this place. However, there was no structure to the toddler class. No games, no music, no bubbles, no real fun. The two coaches spent most class gossiping about other coaches and on their phones. Extremely disappointed. When I shared this feedback with the front desk, they offered a full refund which I appreciated. I can’t speak for this gym for older kids but for a mommy and me toddler class, keep moving.

The Rock has been a great place for our family. My daughter has been training here for more than 6 years. Not only have her gymnastics skills increased and improved at a wonderful rate, so have her life skills. The Christian atmosphere is something that you don't find in many business anymore. I love that the staff will pray with and over my daughter whenever and wherever it is necessary. Thank you to The Rock for being part of the 'village' that it takes to raise up a child!

My daughter started gymnastics here at age 2 and is now in the 3 year old class. She loves the teachers and enjoys that the classes vary the activities each week. She is already more coordinated and confident with her skills. We have been pleased with our experience so far!

The Rock has amazing coach's my granddaughter has been going here almost 4 years! She's gone from the beginners class at age 2 to the Level 1 team and just finished up her first competition season. Her Level 1 small team placed 4th in the entire state we are so proud of our girls and their amazing coach's! Thanks for all you do for the kids!

We had a birthday party here for my daughter back in August and all went really well! The two ladies that helped the kids out in the gym did an amazing job! Plenty of room for all and a price you can’t beat!
