We had my son going to this school for less than a month and after 2 weeks we realized that this is not a school that u could trust the people to care for ur children! Every single morning when dropping him off I had to find out who is going to be his teacher and which room he has to go to The same applied for when we would pick him up in the afternoons, there was never any consistency of which room to get him from. They would often times consolidate rooms for kids who were around the same age so it was always hard to find his belongings, like jackets and blankets. One time he managed to slip away from the workers while they were outside. He could open their interior gates. He was all the way by the main gate when I got there without anyone noticing at all until I said something. My husband also saw one of the workers grabbing another child roughly by the arm and yanking her around. None of it sat well with us.
They would give my son school snacks and food while I already told them that he has allergy and he has his own food in his lunchbox!
Mackenzie the principal is always hard to find and talk to but she would call you directly regarding payment and application!
She basically will deny any of the issues that I brought up to her. Also there is no structure or learning materials, they just let the kids play and they watch them when they are sitting on their chairs. Their teachers are not required to have any education or qualifications as I look them up on Indeed!

I am very disappointed with my experience at The Valley Learning Center. I recently and promptly decided to unenroll my two children due to an unacceptable form of treatment towards one of my children attending this childcare facility.
When I contacted one of the owners, Mackinzie, regarding the matter, she seemed to be more concerned about their "2 week unenrollment policy" and payment rather than the situation that occurred with one of her staff members.
Just as someone else stated in these google reviews about Mackinzie denying issues brought up to her about her facility and staff, was the same treatment me and my wife were given when we went into her office to try to resolve the issue we had.
We understand that sometimes we all could have a bad day and say or do things we don't mean but all we were asking of Mackinzie was to waive the $700 two week unenrollment requirement because we no longer felt comfortable taking our children there.

Our kiddos have been attending VLC for about five months now.. and it’s been an amazing experience. All the teachers are friendly and our kids come home happy everyday. We love that there is two recesses for almost an hour everyday as well. The hours are working family friendly as well!

I just started taking my twins to the valley learning center. And we love it! They made the registration process so easy. They made the first drop off day go very smooth and comfortable for me as a first time parent taking kids to a learning center. We will definitely be continuing with them until they age out!

Such a great daycare center. Super clean, friendly staff, wonderful meals provided for kiddos, and lot of fun and educational crafts. The facility has good communication and provides daily updates with pictures. We are very thankful for VLC!

We are moving to Star this spring. We have taken two tours of The Valley Learning Center and are so excited to have our kiddo enrolled here. It is a brand new facility with security and new everything. The staff have been amazing through this process.

What a perfect addition to star!! I have two kids that go there and everyday it’s such a relief to know my babies are taken care of by such wonderful staff and in such a clean center! I don’t feel worried after I drop them off because I know they are in good hands. My 2 year old has a speech delay and he is already learning sign language and thriving in the short time he’s been there! My 2 month old seems well taken care of and I always receive updates daily on diaper changes, feedings, etc. there’s always a teacher holding/rocking him or just making him smile! They send these adorable pictures all the time.I seriously love this place and we’re so lucky to have found it!

We went back and forth between a few different options for childcare and ultimately decided on The Valley Learning Center. They’re so great with our little guy. He was terrible at being dropped off when he first started but they were so good with him and making it so fun for him that now he’s excited to go to school. We recommend this place to all our friends.
