DO NOT CHOOSE THIS MAN!! 4 REVIEWS ALL OLDER THAN 6 MONTHS, some over a year! He isn't in it to help, he's in it for the courts. This so called drug counselor will only speak with your attorney. Since I cannot afford an attorney all I have is a public defender. His claim is he needs your discovery. Even after telling him I'm in possession of my discovery or I'd have my public defender fax it to him he still denied speaking with me sense I will not allow confidentiality to be broken. I have yet to be sentenced/court ordered, not on any form of probation/parole, nor have I sign any release of information with Canyon County Courts. I believe that this is a direct violation of not only doctor-patient confidentiality but attorney-client privileges. This evaluation was completely voluntary therefore the only person he should speak with is the patient. To me this sounds like he has some stock in ensuring people are required to use his services. Maybe that's why I discovered 95% of his clientele are court ordered to be there.

I would go somewhere else. Spend less money on a better company. Receptionist will give you hard time too. They aren’t clear. It’s just the two of em, so if ya spend the money, go somewhere else!!!
