I was part of Class #030. I can’t even begin to express how much TrainingDevGroup changed my life. The atmosphere and consistent encouragement was unmatched! You will learn so much about firefighting and yourself, just make sure to show up and put in the work!! Once you leave the academy you will be wishing you could’ve stayed forever. If you’re a Canadian considering this fire academy to receive your certs, this is the place to go! Majority of my class were Canadians.

Completing fire training with the Training Development Group was one of the best experiences of my life! The program provides an online portion followed by a two week boot camp. During your time in boot camp you will be staying in the bunk house with food provided, you absolutely will not go hungry. The instructors were top class and provided valuable information. Be prepared to put in the work, as Chief Whetstone would say "It pays to be a winner" and if you are willing and able to give it your all then they'll do the same for you. What I liked most about my time with the Training Development Group is that they set you up for success for their final exam and TCFP state exam. This program was truly worth every single dollar and I could not be happier with the services they provided.

If you want to learn what it means to be part of the fire service, this Academy will prepare you. There's nowhere to hide-- you'll have to work hard, in Bootcamp and in the online classroom beforehand, and you'll have to be prepared to be uncomfortable. But at the end you'll have a sense of pride and accomplishment that can't be explained, only experienced. I wouldn't trade my time with this group for anything.

The only place you need to consider for Fire Training in Texas. Great Instructors, Great Chief with a ton of knowledge, skill sets, and on the job experience/training. Look no further when applying for fire training but the Training Development Group Fire Training. You will be glad you did.

I can’t express the feeling this course brought me. Every aspect was rewarding. A truly life changing experience. It was definitely hard work and not for the week. The staff are incredible I learned plenty and then some. I feel confidant in going into the hiring segments of my fire career and this class was definitely not basic. We had the privilege of leaning so much more then the staff hear had to teach us. And I am thankful to each and everyone of the people that work teach and organize this course. It’s truly a great adventure. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get on a department.

2 weeks of hard work flew by. Had a blast and learned a ton from an all star crew of instructors. If you’re after firefighting certifications you won’t find a better academy than TDG. TDG provided us with top of the line equipment and facilities for training and did everything in their power to prepare my classmates and I for the state exams. Choose TDG if you want to save time and money, the proof is in their unmatched pass rate on the state certification exams. Appreciate you guys!

The Trainingdevgroup was an awesome experience. The instructors were great having years of fire service experience. The ability to learn online and only have to take 2 weeks off work to go down and do the boot camp was fantastic. I learned a ton of stuff there and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to get into the fire service
