They apparently only have 1 staffing recruiter that works all by herself with no help therefore holding up applications with no response or updates … sounds crazy for a staffing agency. I applied and my sister applied as well and no response, went in office and talked to Rachel and yep.. don’t bother wasting your time… they do better just giving people a list of the companies to apply for ourselves vs staffing themselves

Rachel Te'o reached out to me and instead of doing a simple zoom interview, she had me drive 2 hours and 40 minutes from downtown Fort Worth to Rockwall and back. This sounded promising because she had a position in downtown Dallas that was looking for someone and she assured me she had other roles if that one did not work out.

I interviewed with her on March 26th. It's now April 20th, after sending a follow up email on April 5th, she never responded or even reached out at all.

I have never heard from her again after wasting almost 3 hours of my life commuting just to do an initial interview with a recruiter not even an actual job. It's VERY tiring dealing with all these recruiters that make you meet them in person instead of a simple zoom call and don't even follow up with you.

Rachel reached out to me about a company that was building in Rockwall and going to start operations during the 2nd quarter of 2024. After a week or two of good communication Rachel ghosted me and still to this date has not responded to my emails. Last we spoke was 3 weeks ago and she informed me the company was dragging their feet and she would keep me up to date on the position. It's been 3 weeks since that last discussion and I've sent 4 emails inquiring about the position and have received zero responses. This companies sole responsibility is to connect employees to employers with professionalism and courtesy yet they have completely failed on all aspects. I can live with them saying I'm not a good fit but to ignore me and leave me in the dark is disrespectful. I would give Trend Hr and Rachel a zero if it was an option. I advise stay away from this company unless you are absolutely desperate because they will take you on a roller coaster ride then ghost you.

Very nice building for offices. Beautiful art work on lobby. My dermatologist is in this building-Dr. Saucier- who let both of us come at the same time for our full body scan. And, yes- she practiced social distancing-she examined us in a LARGE exam room. I highly recommend her. She is really informative and professional!

The recruiters obviously don’t do their jobs it’s been about almost a month and no contacts or anything I done had 2 different interviews by 2 different recruiters Rachel and Alexis I think they just come there to sit around the clock acting like they doin something and not really get people jobs I think y’all should investigate and evaluate your company and recruiters

TrendHR is the example of what staffing should be. From the applicant side of things, I am very pleased with the time they took to understand who I was, the type of personality I have, and the background and skill set I have. They wanted to know the ideal positions and what my future interests were. I felt like family not just an employee/potential placement. They examine staffing from a different angle than most other agencies. They are timely in responses and even when other offers/placement didn’t work, they forged ahead for the next opportunity for me. It’s evident they are always going the extra mile. I really appreciate TrendHR and will recommend them time and time again. I’ve had experience with other “agencies” and the experience with the other organization is night and day upon comparison! This amazing company changed my life. I met with Ginny. She placed me in my current job at a time when my family needed it most but the job she placed me in is not just a job. It's the best job I have ever had! Ginny told me she thought I was perfect the position and she was right.
