My son has been attending here since November & I haven't had any problems with this daycare facility until last week when I was called to pick up my son since he had got a high fever once he woke up from his nap. I was lied to about him being cared for until me or a family member could get to him. My son was lethargic & my family member had to call the ambulance not the director AnnaLee who claims she was attending my son the whole time until a family member could arrive. I would not recommend anyone bringing their child here after this incident.

I absolutely LOVE Tutor Time! From the first time I went in for a tour, I knew this was the right place for my son. From the moment you walk into the door, you will feel loved and welcomed. I love that every teacher addresses each child by name and will go above and beyond to make sure that the child (as well as the parent) are comfortable. At 17 months, my son wasn't talking and after a few weeks at Tutor Time, he was on his way to speaking sentences. Now at 3, through his daily activities, every where we go he wants to stop and spell out the letters and numbers he sees. If you haven't enrolled your child at Tutor Time Fontana, you are truly missing out on such a wonderful opportunity and fantastic school!!!

Thank you tutor time for always listening, and addressing my needs and concerns. Never have I felt dismissed. The teachers here greet and embrace every child and parent they see. Teachers that aren't even Associated with my daughter's class interact and speak to her. I appreciate how they have accommodated my daughter's advanced intellect, and I see more and more progress. From my experience I'm beyond satisfied with this institution.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Tutor Time! My husband and I knew in a matter of minutes during our initial tour, that this would be the perfect place for our daughter. She is very happy and learning new things daily. The staff is very caring, personable and sweet!

I scheduled a tour on a Friday with my daughter and we met the staff and she seemed to enjoy the facility. I explained to the staff that she would only need to be there 4 days a month. The assistant manager stated they can set up special billing because of the occasional use and that she would be calling me back Monday. I called today over a week later to follow up since I had not been called back only to be told they aren't enrolling anymore kids. I searched for a corporate contact information to explain this madness and found none.

We have been a very proud Tutor Time family for over 7 years. All 3 of my children have been cared for here and we absolutely love it. The staff is loving and caring and my children adore their teachers. The Directors are awesome too!

PARENTS PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE***
I have been taking my kids to day cares for more than 10yrs. I have been to small, medium and big day cares, but never have I been brought to tears of frustration because of mistreatment. Today 2/15/2023 as I was dropping off my son (4yrs) old at 7:30am I went in the drop off class with Ms Jada a young mix race woman. The room was a mess, kids crying with buggers all over their face, chaos and she's still on her pad...i ask if my son can lay down she gives me a very bad attitude and I walk out the room with my son to talk to the Manager Ms Victoria. Ms Jada follows me and starts screaming at me, saying that she's an "grown as woman" and she can do whatever she wants. I was the one who had to be the bigger person and shut my mouth until she got tired of screaming. All this while Ms Victoria couldn't control her own employee and tell her not to talk to me that way. I am so frustrated that ill be late for work or absent I start to cry. I wait until 9:30am for the Director Ms Annalee to arrive and talk to her. Mind you Ms Victoria never said any kind words to me while im sitting there crying. Ms Annalee gets there but as I'm talking to her she keeps interrupting me, clearly taking the teachers side. She asks "I don't know what you want from me?" At that point I said, I just wanted to be heard and respected. She is the Director and needed to know. I said I cant tell you what to do to the teacher, thats your responsibility but you could start by saying im sorry for what happened and what you went through..and she responds " I can't apologize for something I dont know if it happened". These teachers have no empathy or idea about customer service but what is sad and concerning is that they work with kids.. Of course I removed my child immediately. Worst experience ever!!
