On 7th octor 2024 my son went for trial day we had no access to cameras so I asked calling them few time and they told me he’s doing okay. We got relaxed and enrolled him the same day to start. I know kids cry in the beginning but they get better with the time but for that they need little comfort and engagement with teachers, but all we saw him standing at one place crying for 40mins, none of them comfortable him even for a second. They passed by him but no acknowledgment. During story time no one held his hand to just take him to the circle he kept standing by the door.i know they have lot of kids but at the same time it’s there duty to help kids adjust. This was enough for me to not send him again to this place. When I went picking his stuff I told Ms. Myrna that we couldn’t get the assurance she said kids need space sometimes they push us but the thing is no one tried at all so how can you say this? Try and then come to conclusions.

I enrolled my son for a year of preschool in 2017-2018. We had Mrs. Melissa and she was a great teacher! She taught him how to use scissors, write his name, and countless other skills along with giving all of us a wonderful first experience of school. I hope she is still there. We only left Tutor Time because my son went into public school for TK.

I originally considered Tutor Time against a few other preschools and chose it because of the curriculum, security, and the welcoming staff. My daughter will go to preschool next year before starting kindergarten and Tutor Time will be the first place we look at because of our great previous experience.

I could not be happier with my experience with Tutor Time. My 6 year old daughter has been going to this Tutor Time for over 3 years. Before that, she was attending the Tutor Time that was located in West Covina. My daughter just started kindergarten and when I was at orientation the school was explaining all the things my daughter would know by the end of the school year. Every singe thing they said she would know, she already knew thanks to Tutor Time. The staff there treats the children as if they were their own. My child is the most important thing in my life and I feel very lucky that I have found a place the she enjoys going to with teachers that care about her just as much as I do. I would recommend the entire staff to anyone.

My son has had some amazing teachers from the beginning from Ms. Dorothy, Ms. Tina, to Ms. Melissa and Ms. Allison. Each teacher has been very kind and easy to talk to. Also Ms. Karen has always been very good with my boys. Thank you to all the teachers who have helped guide my son while he is in school.

The staff really care about the children. I have two children who attended/currently attend here. My then 4 year old had a tough time transitioning from her previous preschool and the staff took extra care and patience to aid in her journey. I also have a toddler that has attended since 6 months. The staff truly love the children and babies. They are fun and energetic. The administration is caring and always available for parents and they encourage parent involvement. They also bring in vendors to put on special programming (dance, music, sportball) for the kids which is nice because working parents don't always have the opportunity to take kids to these activities. At least once a year they put on a family event as well. My girls love it here. An added bonus, they are VERY secure with key pad entry. There is always a staff member watching the door and if they do not recognize you they stop you at the door and ask for ID (even if you came in with a code). Love the safety.

When my family moved to the Inland Empire 5 years ago, my wife and I were searching for the best day care facility. This Tutor Time was not the newest one but we were so glad we chose it for our 2-year old son. He liked his playmates here and even us parents made friends with other parents. He continued to attend the center until he was pre-school age. We absolutely can say that the education he received made him confident and well-prepared to attend grade school.

Close to 3 years ago, we were blessed with a daughter who was born premature. At 15 months old, we brought her to the infant room so she could have more social interaction. Her feeding problems, speech delay and eczema diminished because Ms. Rosie and Ms. Jennifer took care of her really well. Every time we pick her up now, she is jolly, dances, and sings songs she learned from Ms. Dorothy. Now that she's turning 3, she will paint, create art, and learn teamwork with Ms Mimi.

The loving care and the fun activities that Ms. Priscilla and her staff provide make coming here well worth it for our kids.

Incredibly grateful to have found this place! We interviewed a few different schools in the area, but this place was perfect for my sensitive kid. There were many tears at first, but what made the transition from being taken care of in a home, to a classroom, is that everyone here works as a team. So much so, that when you ask my kid who her teacher is, she responds by saying "I have lots of teachers..." and our goodbye's at the end of the day are endless because she feels she needs to give each teacher, administrator, and aide a hug.

She started out with Ms. Tina in her first year and showed tremendous improvement in her social skills, and consistently impressed us with new material she had learned.

This year she's with Ms. Melissa and Ms. Alice, and it makes us smile to think of the confidence she's gained in her schooling and her person. We see tremendous growth in her and could not be happier.

My child has been pending enrollment on a wait list since 2020. Recently I was notified of possible spot opening up. My son needs accommodations based on his current situation. Existing school director Myrna Zuna was not willing to work with me and my child. I totally understand if this is a private business and goes by different rules than other Tutor times in the area. However I feel discrimination towards my family since other locations were very willing to help me and my child’s needs. Except for this location I feel my family was discrimated at this location. It is definetly not folling the Tutor times values of no discrimination.
