Less than great. TV remote didn't work. The thermostat barely works. You have to keep smashing the touchpad to get it to respond. No water in the room or offered at check-in. I'm pretty sure the front desk guy was high.

The kind, accommodating and informative staff made our visit. We also love the Aggie ice cream, breakfast and clean, quiet rooms. The hotel location is ideal for a campus visit and parking is easy and convenient. Any trip to Logan will include a stay at the University Inn. We love staying there!

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a complete letdown. The room was filthy upon arrival, with evidence of a lack of cleaning. There was a half-eaten donut on the floor, the remote was sticky, and both the chair and TV were covered in crumbs and fingerprints. My mom had to clean them herself just so we could use them. Additionally, dust was everywhere, indicating a serious lack of attention to cleanliness.
To make matters worse, the AC didn't work throughout our stay, and the room temperature rose to almost 75 degrees. We had to resort to opening the window just to get some airflow, but it was still uncomfortably warm.
What's more disappointing is the lack of acknowledgment from the staff during checkout. The front desk attendant didn't inquire about our stay or address the obvious issues with the room.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was highly unsatisfactory. I expected better hygiene standards and service quality, especially considering the price paid for the room. I won't be returning and would caution others to think twice before booking here.

Very pleasantly surprised that it was so nice. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was great. Signage to find hotel was lacking. Breakfast was merely tolerable though waffles were good.||Have to use adjacent parking garage, though you can unload luggage at hotel front before having to move car.

Rooms lacked USB charge ports. However, it's the cleanest hotel room I've been to in years.
I had no occasion to interact with room service.
The location is central to nearly all USU events. An easy walk to the Spectrum. I was there for my son's university graduation ceremony. No protein choices at breakfast bar.

I am working with USU on a business development deal and the University Inn was ideally located for me to reach all of the places on campus I needed to visit. They also provide free parking at a very nearby garage, which is a big plus given the rather Byzantine university parking rules. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with the hotel itself in good repair and looking like it had just received a thorough refresh.||The biggest plus was the staff. They were beyond friendly and pleasant, even providing free Aggie ice cream to guests and setting up the big TV in the lobby so I could watch the NHL while eating it. And they seemed sincerely sorry when a problem I had with the bathtub drain was not remedied during my stay.||One suggestion for improvement greater variety in the breakfast buffet. Some bacon or sausage would be nice. Waffles with even those fresh blueberries get a bit tiring.

The room was nice. The doors closed very loudly. We had to clean the bathtub and the bathroom floor as it looked like it had not been touched. Everything else was clean. The breakfast buffet was limited but good. The complimentary Aggie ice cream was also a nice touch.

Very friendly and helpful personnel at the reception! The rooms are quite large and have all the facilities you would expect. I had some problems with the breakfast - there was very little variety and the whole atmosphere reminded me of a cheap hostel. I wish the breakfast took place in a more spacious room. As for food, I lacked sliced cheese and ham, and fresh bread. I ran a half marathon in the morning and returned at 9.15 am to the hotel to find out breakfast closes already at 9 am!!! Cmon!!!
