The master at Unt Taekwondo is a graduate of the most prestigious university for Taekwondo in Korea. They are excellent at teaching children manners, discipline, and confidence. The facility is very clean, and kids enjoy learning in a fun and engaging environment.

My daughter started Tae Kwon Do after she got interested when watching my nephew as he also attended Tae Kwon do. My daughter started in white belt but quickly grew into yellow belt. UNT has taught discipline and manners where my daughter needed work on. The master and instructors are truly great with kids especially how loud they can get.

UNT has become our son’s favorite activity. Master Jung and team do a phenomenal job of blending discipline, technique and fun for the students. It’s been a joy to see our son’s growth from his first class up until now. We highly recommend!

My son started when we first moved to California and haven’t missed a class since. Master Jung and the instructors are professionals and care a lot about the kids, it’s like a big happy family.

Great environment for physical and mental development, positive community esp for my little one. The classes are 50 mins, twice a week for my 4 year old toddler. The team here is diverse culturally and genders (amazing to see esp female role models). Master Jung knows what he is doing and it shows in the work he does with kids and adolescents. Highly recommend!!

My son started tae kwon do beginning of 2022, he is now a purple belt and going has helped build his confidence, the instructors are really helpful, always helping out the kids and encouraging them to do better. UNT is a place where your child can feel safe and build his confidence all while learning self defense, discipline, building strength and most of all having fun.

I wanted to put my two daughters in some self defense classes. UNT was def. the right choice. the instructors are very nice and know what they are doing. We have been here for about a year and my kids really enjoy it and have learned a lot. would recommend.

We've been takin' our kids here for more than a year and the kids love to go there every single time. Mr. Jung is a great TKD master. The way he teaches students is very educated, which makes our kid really enjoyed and gain their skills a lot. The instructors assisting the master are very nice and helpful and our kids love them too. There are some negative reviews here but I think there must be some misunderstanding or miscommunicating. Yes, you are required to sign up up on a monthly basis but you can cancel anytime with 4 weeks notice in advance. I did hesitate at first but I have had no problem at all up to now. I understand it's a nature for a small business. The payment is handled by a third party company but ,in my opinion, that's good because the master can concentrate on teaching his students and does not have to worry about collecting the fees of each students every month. Any way, I still highly recommend! My kids are only to gain but nothing to loose here. They just brought home some gold medals from a recent tournament.
