We've been storing our holiday decorations, and things my husband just cannot live without, at U-Stor for several years. The location is perfect for us, the unit is secure, as is the property. I have great communication with Sandra in the office. She's friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help out (I've locked myself out of my account too many times to count).

I am probably the longest term “tenant” at this storage facility. When I moved from FL to CT, I thought I would return to FL fairly quickly. That was over 20 years ago!! Have always found staff there to be proficient and helpful. The latest team (especially Sandra) are professional, personable, and patient. Thank you, U-Stor!!

I had a unit for 5 years when i moved out I had paid a month in advance I moved out before the new month started I’ve contacted them they haven’t responded or returned my money I don’t recommend this place

Store place is good. But the way they do payments isn't fair for those who like pay by phone vs internet or in person which I find it to be inconvenience

When I went to sign up, they were great seemed clean and very friendly. The only disappointment was the size of the storage units. They are not 10 x 10. However, I had my stuff there for four years, due to an injury and not being able to get back from New York to get it. I picked it up earlier in November, 2021. I called ahead and talked to the manager. She told me to come in before emptying my storage units. So when I got there, I went in. She looked at me like I was nuts and wouldnt even get up from her chair. I Gave her my name and she said yeah, what are you coming in here for. I said I was told to come in here before emptying my units. She said no not necessary. I said OK well thank you for everything. She said you can go and she gave me a very dirty look. My bed. my couch in my office chair Had a bug issue and had to be thrown away, but they were there a long time. I really feel they did a good job keeping things up. But they really need to up their customer service and friendliness. The woman in there was extremely rude and I’ve been doing biz with them for four years.

Great hospitality, the employees were very respectful , and helpful . This place was very easy to get my personal belongings in my unit. I definitely would recommend this to a family member or friend, also can access my unit 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Great price and value. They don't do bait and switch like ExtraSpace and others. Price is held steady for a year which I thought would be normal but isn't in the industry. No insurance requirement. 24x7 access without paying extra. Basically you'll be treated like you expect to be treated. When you get your unit, what you see is what you get. Enthusiastically recommend.

We’ve been using used store on and off for 25 years. They have always been very kind. The place kept very clean and easy to drive through the aisles and get to our storage units And the office management has always been very kind.
