I know DWFS can sound a little intimidating, but as soon as you walk through those front doors you are welcomed by staff and led to a computer to log into and then they settle right in. I hope everyone has as pleasant of a time there, as I did.

The most unprofessional state office I have ever had the misfortune to deal with in 36 years. If you have had the same experience, please do your best to report this office and / or the particular employee you had issues with. Maybe you will get an actual response. I myself will continue to try to assist so other Box Elder County residents are not denied benefits. Good luck all!

Website says 8 am, door says 8 am yet no one is here at the office. Punctuality is plus especially if you're helping ppl get jobs
