Staff are super helpful. Sometimes it takes a while for them to help you in the building and when calling be prepared to be put on hold. Some staff can be a little grumpy when you call on the day tuition is due. Other than that I haven't had any issues.

Take forever to respond. Submitted documentation in July. Didn't get process until October. Ended up getting denied, but the appeal process was closed. Tried to come in contact with them and they couldn't answer basic questions. Really bad service.
