My wife applied for a position with this company and had an interview established for a specific date and time. They were supposed to contact her for the interview however they failed to do so with no transparency. She attempted to reach out to them through multiple means including calling, text, and email that day. A week later, we are still waiting on a response or some justification, this is completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a professional company.

This company is absolutely outstanding!!! The nurse that came out to my elderly moms house today was so knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made my mom feel comfortable. Thank you again💕

Sad to say my first encounter with Vicc the Picc staff was subpar and my expectations for a quick and easy process were not met. When trying to order a peripheral IV for a patient, the dispatch was awfully rude and triage nurse, Frank hounded me and pushed for a midline. The doctor and family member did not want a midline, after explaining this to the triage nurse, Frank he rudely hung up on me. I called to request a service with a doctor’s order, not for personal opinions and suggestions. I previously heard they try to up-charge and push more expensive services on facilities and it was very evident to me that this is in fact true. I really wish we could take our business elsewhere and am petitioning with our clinical team to revisit our contract and see if we can somehow use another service.

I have had probably a dozen PICC lines since my accident nine years ago and Karina Palomino is an artist. She impressed me with her cleanliness, professionalism, absolutely painless insertion of the PICC, and her light easy manner which put me at ease. An absolutely amazing and unexpected experience! What a wonderful place. Filled with high energy and honesty. Of all the Pic Line sources I know of. Vic the Pic has always been my top choice. When there is an issue, they are very easy to get on the phone.
If you need the owner for something, they are a heart beat away. I've even seen the owners go out and do Pics themselves if a Nurse cannot make their appointment.

That's the kind of service I always hope for, but so rarely receive.

Really disappointed in the nurse they sent to put in a Picc IV. The nurse arrived at 1:00am. He woke me up in the middle of my sleep and was rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend using this agency for their services. This is a very important service they provide and if not done correctly it could be life threatening. I do want someone who has poor bedside manner performing this service on me.

You can tell a lot about a business by their practices and reading all the reviews from former employees on indeed just confirmed what I already new to be true. These people are unprofessional, crooks without compassion, Im so sorry you chose to infiltrate my industry. I'm a nurse that served proudly through this covid pandemic working in covid units with our most at risk population. I contracted covid in Jan and unfortunately. I am a long hauler. I've been in out of the hospital myself as well as have stayed in a skilled nursing facilities myself. I have just fully recovered am able to take back my life. These crooks that work in healthcare and serve our families lack compassion for one of their own. (P.S. I offered to supply all medical records and personal documentation to prove the validity of my claim) Thus company knows the struggles in these times of covid. However, because I didn't call when I had covid and was intubated in the hospital. I will not be refunded nor offered the opportunity to take the class that I paid for. A class that they still teach and have upcoming sessions for. A company that gained from my illness as they lost nothing as I never attended. They knowing that it costs them nothing to allow me to attend class have gained $399 at the expense of another human being. but I hope someone reads this ad will see just who you really are and chose to NOT work for someone, for my words they will chose to NOT to take your course.I put in the universe that for my hard earned $399 that you stuck me for shame on you your a big company I am one person.I sat that VIC THE PICC lose a million fold of that, may you have the financial success that you deserve!!!!

Wonderful staff. I took the 8 hr PICC insertion class. I have done PICC insertions for many years and just wanted to refresh and possibly learn some new tricks. I DID!!!! I High reccomend Vic The PICC! Staff is top notch!
