Great place to live

Just attending that open house at Villa Marin yesterday. My husband and I were very impressed with the place.
Very classy setup. The price is rather high for monthly fee
You do get to keep all your money you invest in the condos, which are sold individually by the owners.

Unique CCRC. Residents jointly own and manage Villa Marin. Residents hire CEO and CFO. Ultimate decisions are made by owners. Your condominium is yours to sell at your price when the time comes. Great amenities; salon, gift shop, pool, exercise room, lovely dining room, etc. ! Five stars for sure!

Two major points I feel get to be made. 1) My grandmother passed of natural causes in this facility and she always enjoyed the community. 2) after her death the facility is attempting to charge for rent and services for months after her passing.

I spent close to a year there. I cannot imagine a more dedicated caring trained professional staff and better more attentive care just can’t be possible. We in Marin have been blessed.
