Huge open space for a reasonable amount of people, I'd say 60-75 comfortably (probably not much more unless you take advantage of the outdoor spaces).

Huge park, and baseball fields behind the location. It's advertised as the community center and library for the quaint little town of Waverly, NE.

Tables and chairs are included, but you'll be responsible for all the setup and tear down for your event, so rent the space accordingly for the time you need.

This place has a lot to offer, in the quaint little town of Waverly. The community center has a spacious interior with a large kitchen big enough to house a small reception or gathering. When you first walk in, to the left is even a small library that residents can enjoy. Behind the building are two baseball fields, complete with covered dugouts for the home teams. Attached outside, there are two conveniently placed bathrooms to accommodate outdoor sporting events To the south you'll see a gazebo and a decent park for children. (or immature adults)

Large space, great facilities. Ovens are small just shy of 16x10 but otherwise a great place. Just held my wedding here and it was perfect (minus all the baseball people taking the spots even though there was a sign saying there's parking somewhere else and we didn't have any parking spots) I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Great place for community events and just getting the community connected. Bethlehem Covenant lunch on the 4th. Always a good one. Breakfast for community foundation another highlight.

I attended a reception here and it was nice and roomy for the event. I dont know how many is capacity. But outside they have a park for kids to play they have a baseball hoop, baseball field and they rent out the place overnight. Thought that was cool That way you don't have to clean up everything the night of your reception you can wait till the next day to have it all cleaned up. There is a large kitchen area with fridge, microwaves, silerware ect... I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking to have a reception, baby shower, graduation, retirement....ect... it will accomodate all types of gatherings.

This place was absolutely phenomenal what they did out there for the community was perfect they had a bunch of food trucks and everything but I'll tell you what Sassy B"s Delightful Desserts.....absolutely was no disappointment from what I hear they're going to be out there by Coddington and Van dorn where that amazing ice cream place was we bought desserts for the whole week the caramel the apples were to die for!!!! And that's not even mentioning the cookies or the peanut butter balls!!!!

Great community building that can be rented for functions. It has a nice sized parking lot and is right next to a park. It is easy to see from the roadway.
