I always enjoy the opportunity to work on my health. I had a couple problems this afternoon. It was crowded with kids (members pay for their kids to go here for an after school program) and it was 80 degrees inside. When I go in the mornings, it's not so crowded and the temperature is much lower. I highly recommend this place whether during the morning or in the evening. Let the kids have it in the afternoon...
