WOW we've been to several college visits this one was impressive. The physical School is older but it has a lot of history. And it's been renovated it's the Staff and what school offers that impressed us. Google had the entrance at the wrong location. It was down the street but signs for visitor parking made sense so we found it.

This is a great place to come or to send your kids-- predictably safe small Nebraska territory town with all the amenities you need and none you don't. It is a public school, so plan to be exposed to some ideologically driven teachers in the humanities. The dorms are close to classes, and the entire campus is well laid out. It is a fantastic investment for a four year degree college and they have excellent working relationships with the University system should you pursue post grad work. I found my four years here were fantastic and made good acquaintances with many on the staff. It's an easy place to get involved and to become a leader. Drama free environment for the most part. Alcohol, the bane of most college campuses, seemed to me the only real caution.

Wayne state college is a beautiful college with a great learning environment. It provides all it can for students to excel in their studies.This ranges from Tutors, extra lessons and an amazing library. The college also has several extra curricular activities for you to take part in and a state of the art Gym. The college also provides Free transportation From 10pm to 3am to ensure students travel safely to their destinations during odd hours and on campus security is always around for extra safety

There's some awesome professors here; a lot of them take the time to get to know you personally, and the small class sizes are nice. I went to UNK for two years before graduating from Wayne, and in comparison Wayne was much more affordable for the same level of education. The art and english departments are fantastic, and the brand new library is a nice bonus. Over all great school and great small town.

Awesome environment! People are so friendly and welcoming. The professors are like our parents. So caring! Small class size, easy to build a good professional relationship with professors. Overall a complete package of quality education you will get here at an affordable cost.

for international students, if you qualify for the Nebraska Access Tuition scholarship. Other departmental scholarships are available.
For domestic students, I think it's a big win to keep your educational cost lower.

N.B. As a freshman, you are required to live on campus. In that case, the living cost will be around $7000-$8000.

Living cost: It depends. Generally, the rent is $250 -$350 if you live with your roommates including a utility bill, wifi the overall cost will be around $350 -$500 on average. ( for an individual)
