Good selection, friendly staff. It would be nice if the college provided easy to find visitor parking for those who would like to stop into the bookstore and walk around the beautiful campus during their stay in Wayne. If it exists, we didn't find it. We parked in the 15-minute space. It was a very quick stop, and we would have enjoyed spending more time.

Purchased a textbook that was supposed to come with a code that I needed to access a site to complete my assignments, but the code was never included. I called the bookstore and the person told me to call the publisher. After talking to the publisher, they told me that I needed to talk to the bookstore since that was the point of purchase. I called the bookstore back and they told me the only thing they could do was refund me. So I'm left without access to my textbook or the site I need to complete my homework.

By far the worst experience I have had with a bookstore if I could give one star I would. Usually when I order my books I have them placed for pick up at the Omaha Fort campus they sent all of my books except for one to the Omaha campus. After two weeks of waiting for all of my books to get here I called the bookstore and asked about my last book they stated that it was placed for pick up at the Wayne campus and never called to inform me or anything. At this point I was freaking out I had an assignment due that day and needed the book to get started and of course I didn't have the book. I emailed my professor and explained the mistake caused by the bookstore and she graciously extended the assignment for me. I emailed the bookstore around 3:00pm yesterday afternoon asking if they could send the book to the Omaha Fort campus no one emails me back. The following morning I sent a follow up email two hours later no one responded so I call. Of course its the same guy I spoke with who was super rude and non helpful at all and basically told me "there's nothing we can really do I'm sorry." he told me that I have to repurchase the book and then they can send it off. Don't waste your time and money with this bookstore you are better off ordering off of Chegg.

Very expensive for no real reason. All apparel is ridiculously expensive to the point where no college student can afford to represent their college. Instead we wait around hoping for SAB to give us free stuff. Service is usually slow as well. Not worth it.

The staff is always helpful and willing to understand your situation. They are knowledable about most everything and it shows. I needed help finding my books and the woman that I asked for help had a smile on her face and was so willing to help me get what I needed. Go Cats!

This has a wide selection of gear and books, but goodness are the prices high. And book buyback is a joke. 20 bucks for a 140 dollar book? No thanks.
