I love We Care Academy and so does my kids! My kids have learned so much and the staff is truly caring. Tee Tee is one of my kids teachers and she is absolutely amazing, any questions or concerns I have she knows exactly what’s going on. I highly recommend this daycare!!

Why 1 Star? Because they left my childs bottles of pre-made baby formula milk out all day and did not refrigerate them. They also went without feeding my child ALL Day! When I asked Christina if my baby ate anything after I noticed all the bottles were not touched & warm not to mention bottles had not been, Refrigerated she struggled her Shoulders as if it wasn't a big deal. They obviously allowed my child to cry all day because my baby's face was raw from excessive crying and them not whipping my baby's face. Also the Procare app is a joke because they don't respond to the parents. Never sent pictures or correspondence regarding my child when I asked. Also the access code to get into the facility is pointless because they leave the door open. I never once keyed in a code. Beware don't send your children to this facility if You Care about Your Childs health and Safety! Because Wecare Academy is not safe and they don't feed the children. Violations indeed!

The daycare staff are really great. Especially Ms. Teetee Jones. My son bleu speech has improved tremendously since he started. He’s always happy when he leaves. Having the procare app really helps as well. I love the updates throughout the day.

Unprofessional, they Did NOT feed my baby the entire day! Also didn't refrigerate her bottles! They don't respond to parents that contact them on the App at all. No one is on the same page here and they really don't care. How dare you go without feeding my Baby! Atleast could have called me to inform me instead of me having to ask had she been fed. My baby has been sick with fever and diarrhea because of this place. Parents you've been warned don't allow your kids to go here if you're a parent that's attentive and caring towards your children because these people do “NOT CARE”.
Dear Owner, You should pay a personal visit and reach out to parents with past and current enrolled kids here to resolve these issues immediately! Also ask the children there if the staff is feeding them, ask Questions! Also why are you allowing a staff member with 4 children of different ages to attend the center where she works? How can this person/ staff member be non biased! Vet your staff! They're ruining your Business!

There's Absolutely No Mix Up. My child was enrolled at your center Wecare Academy Phenix City, Alabama. Directly across the street from DHR. To resolve the issues visit your business personally and interview parents past & present! My child went without eating and nobody informed me with a phone call this is unacceptable! My child was traumatized and is still sick! I'm so upset and distraught that my baby experienced such disgrace!

We Care Academy, is an amazing family own center, In which family comes first, They educate the children how to become independent accordingly to their age, the bond that they create with kids and kids with staff is beautiful, When kids don’t want to leave at time of pick up? You know you are at We Care Academy, they are a center that not only Educates, take care of our kids but that also serves family, they go above and beyond to make sure that not only your child but the family is well served. We Care is by far the best Child Care Facility in this area. The owners, teachers and staff are wonderful, everyone is so patient, caring and kind and they provide excellent care to my children. The facility is clean and creates a great learning environment. My children are always happy when they are at We Care, as a parent I am at ease when my children are in their care. They offer extended hours which is extremely convenient for working families like mine and I am happy they have this service. If you are looking for a safe and clean facility with a curriculum that fosters learning in all children, We Care Child Development Center is it. Thank you We Care!!!!!

We Care is one of the best daycares that any child could attend. After my son attended two other daycares and we took him out due to arising issues we saw. I found out about We Care and quickly did a walk thru but also sat down and talked with them while my son played with the other kids. My son has improved so much and he loves the teachers. The staff is so caring and attentive to every child needs and also the parents. I recently had another son and plan on him attending right along with his brother. Definitely would recommend this daycare!
