Title: Avoid This Child Care Center at All Costs

As a parent, entrusting your precious child to the care of others is a daunting task. You seek a place that is nurturing, safe, and conducive to your child's development. Unfortunately, my experience at Wee Care Learning Center has been nothing short of disappointing and alarming.
I enrolled my 16-month-old son in this center, hoping to provide him with a stimulating and enriching environment. However, my hopes were quickly shattered by a series of unsettling incidents.
The staff seemed indifferent and disengaged, lacking the warmth and responsiveness that young children require. My son came home withdrawn and upset, indicating a lack of emotional support and attention. We went in to pick him up after 2 hours after his second day. He was standing next to what appeared to be a teenager watching the class of toddlers screaming and crying. When we walked in the music was blaring and children screaming. We told them when we left him that he eats breakfast at home. The teacher told us when we picked him up how they couldn't get him to eat. Probably because we told them he eats before coming.
Secondly, the center's safety standards fell far short of my expectations. We asked that his food be cut up still and we where assured it would be. He was fed dry cereal and whole steak fingers. I discovered my son with minor injuries, such as bruises and scrapes, with no clear explanation or apology from the staff. These incidents left me deeply concerned about the overall supervision and care my son was receiving.
Finally, upon expressing my concerns to the center's management, I was met with a dismissive and unapologetic attitude. My requests for a refund were flatly denied, despite the clear evidence of inadequate care and safety concerns. We paid 375.00 for 2 weeks. We brought him for a total of 4 hours between 2 days.
I strongly advise parents to avoid this child care center. The lack of care, safety concerns, and poor management practices make it an unsuitable environment for the well-being of young children. Your child deserves a place where they feel loved, safe, and nurtured, not a place that treats their well-being with such disregard.
Please seek out other child care options that prioritize the safety and well-being of children above all else. Your child's happiness and development are paramount, and they deserve a nurturing environment that fosters their growth and emotional well-being.

I recently withdrew my daughter from Wee Care after being there for a little over a year. We were happy with the care, safety and communication. We had wonderful teachers who greatly cared about our child's wellbeing.

Things started to go down hill in September and gradually got worse. Teachers left because of not getting paid and their paychecks were bouncing. They had a lot of stuff stolen when they were "broken" into. I say "broken" because I was told by a teacher that there was no forced entry. The thing that sent me over the edge was my daughter's cup.

I was taking it home to relabel it since the label was worn off. It was sitting on top of the drying rack they have for the clean cups to dry on. This is what it looked like (see pictures). I will not tolerate the gross neglect to my child's health and safety. I did show the cup to the assistant directors daughter and I sent a message to the director. My expectation was to get a response and be told that this would never happen again. I waited 24 hours for a response on the cup and never got one.

I walked in yesterday with my Mom, grabbed her stuff and walked out. I wasn't going to hunt down the director or assistant director to tell them since no one was up front. Sent them a message and was given no apology for the cup and they just agreed the communication lacked.

This was a wonderful daycare and was filled with wonderful people. I hope it gets better for those who can't withdraw their kids due to having to have childcare.

Wait lists are about 12-18 months right now at other daycares.

We absolutely love love love this daycare. They were my first option when it came time for my 4 year old to start daycare so I could work. My daughter has been there for 1 year next month, and is now transitioning into the after school portion of the daycare. The staff are so wonderful and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them, and I love how family oriented they are as a company. They definitely keep me as a parent comfortable by their security measures for the safety of the kids.

My two year old was always thirsty after picking her up. Her bottle would be empty and she would beg for water.
The teachers aren’t very welcoming/comforting to crying children.
She was here for only two weeks before we pulled her out. Theres no sign in / sign out sheet and no one acknowledges you when you arrive or drop off. No one checks id’s or asks your name at pick up, so technically anyone could walk in and take your child home…

This place is absolutely the worst I have encounter. My 16 month old son went for two days before taking him out. This place is not clean and the staff is not qualified to watch children. I walk in the room with my son in tears and the teacher just standing there blasting music over the crying and on her phone. I asked what was going on and no response. The owner Tena will not return calls or even have any communication to make things right. I found out from a employee that she is writing hot checks to pay people. I have asked for a refund for over a week with no response since he only went for two days, so for two days i paid $375. I will be taking the next steps to file a report against them. Theres no sign in / sign out sheet and no one acknowledges you when you arrive or drop off. No one checks id’s or asks your name at pick up, so technically anyone could walk in and take your child home…

This place was terrible! NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY OR THERAPY! My child went through terrible times there and sadly at first i didn't believe her she was bullied by not only the students but the one eldest was very rude . My daughter also complained about mold on plates , not feeding them enough and making them lay down saying "if they didn't they would be introuble overall there was way more problems but i would have rather let a homless person watch my child than these people

Don't normally write reviews, but as a parent I feel the responsibility to warn others. Today was first day of school. I paid Wee Care for after school care for both my daughters because my wife was started college today and I work overseas. After school care seemed to be the best solution. My wife coordinated carefully, getting face-to-face confirmation that Wee Care would pick both my daughters up from school. In fact, she specifically mentioned that they would have to step inside the Head Start building to sign for our youngest and she was told that would not be a problem. My wife got out of class and received a voicemail from Head Start saying that our youngest was still there and nobody had picked her up. IT WAS 4PM!. My wife frantically zipped through traffic to pick her up from school. Then she hurried to Wee Care to see if they had our oldest daughter who started Kindergarten today. To her relief she was there, but she was nearly begging for water and nobody would give her any water. Our oldest daughter was begging for some water and Wee Care staff could not provide her with any. Too all this they had excuses. My wife asked to speak with the director of the center. The Director got defensive and said that nobody brought the girl out to the bus when they showed up at the school. It was obvious that coordination was lacking. Instead of understanding a mother's frustration and horror at the idea that she had one girl left at school and another begging for water, the Director got defensive and defended the center's negligence. Now we are scrambling to find a different solution before Wednesday. When my wife asked if they would refund what we've paid she was told they don't make any refunds, but that in her case they might make an exception. They were rude, negligent, and hurtful. I do realize that others may have had a different experience, but I wouldn't feel right not sharing our negative experience because it could happen to others as well.
