I've only taken two yoga classes at this studio so far, one with Kristine and one with Hobey. They were both Bikram yoga. I really enjoyed the class styles. Compared to other hot yoga studios, this Bikram class really does feel original. No music, just movement guided by the teacher. The teachers were really attentive to correcting my form, and Hobey even remembered my name after only meeting the first time. The 60 minute Bikram class moves fast, fitting in each posture twice, but I like how it makes the time go by and I feel I get the most out of the session.

I always feel stronger in body and soul after a workout at Long Beach Bikram Hot Yoga. I would highly recommend. The reception area has an added bonus of rad swag for sale, like this sweater that kept me warm 10,000 feet above ground in Maui. Aloha love for LB BHY!!!

Such an amazing yoga studio in a beautiful, convenient location. Rosa and all the instructors are fantastic and full of heart and kindness. The studio has a very friendly, family-like atmosphere and several different kinds of classes other than the regular 90-minute Bikram classes (hot fusion, hot pilates, etc.) as well. I love going here and am so grateful to have found this studio, it changed my life.

I have been a member of this studio for just 5 months and have quickly fallen in love with Bikram yoga and everything this studio offers. It’s always intimidating to find anew studio and challenging to learn a new practice but the teachers here could not of been more supportive and helpful. Every teacher offers a different class experience but they all have the core values of providing a space that is fun, challenging, rewarding and accepting of your personal body and energy that day. The studio is so so clean, they are always doing fun challenges to keep things interesting and offer a great array of class times. Couldn’t recommend them more- for beginners to advanced and everywhere in between.

I was pretty nervous about my first class, but right when I walked in everyone was super friendly and positive. It's been more than 12 years since my last yoga class and I'm definitely out of shape, but I felt encouraged by the instructors and other students. It's only been a couple of classes, but I can already feel my body changing! The classes are challenging and very rewarding! I'm literally recommending Hot Yoga to everyone I know!

Pro-tip: drink lots of water and fluids electrolytes and bring a towel 'cause you're gonna sweat!

The instructor was so nice and knowledgeable. She noticed my mobility disorder and provided me with modifications which I appreciated. The place was also spotless from the bathroom to the studio. I was so sore from my workouts last week, I left without feeling any tension in my body! It was great and I would highly recommend anyone to go!

Being new to hot yoga, I find the practices challenging. I leave encouraged and proud when I am finally able to improve upon a pose. Each class challenges me to do better. Staff always professional, studio clean. Instructors are friendly, nice. Absolutely love that I joined.

The best. Been practicing here since 10/30 and LOVE everything about this wonderful and supportive community. Caring and attentive instructors. Great variety of classes. Peaceful location and setting. So glad I committed to making this great form of exercise my "fifth food group" ... it has transformed me both physically, mentally, and spiritually. These classes have become the most integral part of my week!
