Our daughter started in the Small Stars class a bit before she turned two. Her listening skills, social skills, balance, strength, and coordination have improved tremendously. Additionally, her confidence has improved and she has learned that she can do hard things if she tries and continues to work toward her goals.

Coach Annika is absolutely wonderful and is the main reason we love gymnastics so much. She is engaging, enthusiastic, energetic and kind. It is evident that she truly loves the work that she does. Our daughter adores her and talks about her daily.

Highly recommend her and Wings Gymnastics to anyone and everyone.

We absolutely love Wings Center Gymnastics.
We had tried many other places prior to attending here and as soon as my girls started classes here, within a month I could see them be able to do things they were unable to master at almost a year somewhere else. Very attentive staff and on top of everything. I honestly don’t know how they do it all!
My eldest is on competition team now and we are very excited to start this journey with Wings! We highly recommend.

Don’t send your kids here! I went to wings for 3 years and through the coaches and environment I lost my love for gymnastics. The head coach Jesse would take his anger out on the kids by screaming or just straight ignoring us. This environment is not healthy or happy. I truly wish I went somewhere else.

Our daughter has gone here for almost a year now. Some of the coaches are great (Annika is amazing) and some are not. There Definitely needs to be a smaller kid to teacher ratio for the 3-4 year old class without parents. I’ve watched my daughter ask the coach for help numerous times but she definitely has “favorites” and ignored her until I said something or my daughter safely climbed down/stopped what she was doing and went over to her to be like, I need help please. That happened more than once.
The owner/manager I believe also yelled at my daughter one time because she went to jump on a trampoline before class started and made her cry. I was right there and in the process of grabbing her, there was absolutely no need to yell at a 2 year old. She didn’t even notice the effect that had on my kid. Just walked away. So rude.
My daughter loves gymnastics which is the only reason we kept going. But we are stopping after this summer term and trying to find a more friendly gym.

I went to wings when I was younger so when my daughter was almost two, I wanted her to try it. It is further from our home but I know the quality they offer and the cost is more than reasonable. Coach Katie is amazing and my daughter is doing so well because of her. She is engaged and involved with each child. It makes a difference because my daughter enjoys that attention and praise. Her coordination and her ability to sit and listen is improving weekly, which is a challenge in itself for a 2 year old! I would absolutely recommend wings.

I can only speak about the classes for the younger kids - My kid took classes starting at age 2 with parent+me classes and progressed up to the 3-4 y/o classes. Overall, classes were a great way to spend energy and gain some confidence.

Unfortunately, the student to teacher ratio is way too high for the age group (6:1) and the instructors/coaches were a mixed bag. Miss Claire is absolutely wonderful with kids, she seems to actually enjoy being around them and treats them like they're people. Other coaches seemed bored or annoyed and would just stand at a station unengaged from the class.

Kids that are talented are noticed and invited to more advanced classes. However, the kids that aren't naturally talented or are nervous/shy get no actual coaching on how to progress. Ultimately, this is why we chose to not continue classes after the summer session ended.

We were really excited to start our daughter here for the recreational cheer class, but we are so disappointed. The coaches seem to be - well grumpy. Our daughter gets ignored and the only time the coaches talk to her is when they're telling her that she's doing something wrong. We kept an open mind and we've given them about six weeks, but it's been the same every week and it's getting worse. It was so bad tonight that our daughter left the class in tears and told us that "the coaches don't like anything she does and that she was trying really hard, but they just kept telling her that she was doing everything wrong". The other thing that upsets us is that the coaches don't seem to talk to the parents at all, even on our daughter's first day. When I tried to talk to her coach she seemed to be annoyed that I approached her and she just kept saying over and over again how "hard" this age is to teach. Overall, it was just a really negative experience. We switched our daughter to a different gym tonight and the atmosphere is much more positive. We are looking forward to leaving our experience at Wings Center far behind us. There are other gyms in the area who are just as good and much, much nicer.
