The instructors at Yoga London in Ammon are fantastic! Each one of them will gladly give suggestions on how to modify the yoga poses to make them less OR more challenging. I love that! Great staff at the front desk, too. Very understanding and accommodating when they are able to be. They all make the effort to know the members by name.

I’ve found my new favorite place! The heated classes are absolutely amazing and all of the instructors have been great and offer many different options for poses based on your level of experience. Everyone is so welcoming from the moment you walk inside. 10/10 highly recommend experiencing a class at Yoga London!

Yoga London has a great studio, and Favad’s family of businesses does a great job at creating connection and community. I had never done hot yoga before tonight’s men’s group class. The heat was legit, and it was a great group of guys who gathered to stretch and strengthen the old body and mind together.

The hot yoga lesson was great! The front desk lady was super kind. The teacher had a really calming voice which was pleasant to move along to, and I felt great after the class.definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Yoga London. My friend invited me for a complementary yoga sculpt session. I found the warm (96-98 degree) room comfortable and perfect for working and stretching tight muscles. The instructor was helpful, professional and clear in her instructions. The class was full but still had plenty of personal space to perform the movements. I enjoyed my session as it’s been a long time since I did any kind of yoga. They have multiple classes and times so I will be sampling the mix in the near future. Thanks for a great experience Yoga London!

This place is fantastic! Absolutely recommend for anyone of any level. I have practiced yoga across the country in many studios and this place sits at the top of the list! The owners did such a great job with the yoga rooms - floors, heat and ventilation, lighting and sound system - makes such a difference! The teacher was also very clear and gave options to many levels. Music complimented the class. And oh - the lavender / mint cool cloth that is given to everyone at the end of class is perfection. Happy to have this as part of the Idaho Falls community!
