Whether you are looking for yoga classes or dance classes, Yoga Wellness Connection has it all. Classes are only $15 for drop-in classes. For a limited time, you can try a month of unlimited classes for $35. I recommend the instructor Savannah for Kundalini yoga and Jodi for Soma yoga. The instructors here know how to adjust certain classes to best help the class to get the most out of the practice. Classes are typically 50 minutes long.
Yoga mats and equipment are all provided by the studio if you don't have your own.
The studio also puts on weekly events such as sound baths and couples massage events.
Easily the best studio in Southeast Idaho!

i love the studio, nicole is the best! i’ve never had a bad class. they offer a student discount which i love. my favorite classes are the stretch and heated ones. it’s my favorite way to relax and be active

As an athlete for decades, and embracing the next phases of my life at 67 years old, I decided to give YOGA a try. Having always been apprehensive from trying the practice, I never once thought I could 'pose' as the 'Yogi's' .But, giving Yoga Wellness a try, I have found great support with this new endeavor, instruction, modifications and intentional breathing. The instructors suggest, guide, assist and cheer you on every step (or pose) of the way. It's thrilling for me to gain the confidence in this area - complete and total strengthening and stretching, along with balance control is my goal and I have the help of YOGA Wellness to reach those goals.
