I loved taking this birth class. I didn't find out about Lia or the bradley method until i was around 28 weeks pregnant. I immediately reached out to Lia after my doula recommended her.
The 3 week course fit best with my due date and was extremely informative. The class was well designed for women planning a hospital birth, a home birth, or even an unassisted birth.
It felt easy for everyone to jump in with the information.
I’ve told my midwife friends about Lia and they’ve started recommending her to their patients.
You can never know the foundations of things (especially birth!) too well

From the very beginning, Lia makes it clear that this is more than just a class—it's a supportive and comprehensive experience. Lia’s expertise goes far beyond the classroom, offering a wealth of resources including studies, diet plans, personal videos, birth plans, and much more.

What I initially thought might be unnecessary quickly became one of our favorite must do activities as a couple. The knowledge and preparation we gained have been invaluable, and I can’t imagine facing an unmedicated labor without the confidence Lia has instilled in us.

Lia fosters a strong sense of community among the expecting parents by connecting everyone through a group chat, ensuring ongoing support and camaraderie. I genuinely can’t recommend this class enough, especially for first-time parents. I would gladly take it again even as a second-time parent, and for an even longer period.

I would highly recommend Lia’s childbirth class! My fiancé and I found it very informative and comprehensive, and it is clear that she cares deeply about the work she does. After finding out that my partner and I and many other patients were left stranded and out of thousands of dollars with the abrupt closure of the Long Beach Birth Center, she reached out to offer this service to us for free as a community offering. I could have cried. It was amazingly kind and compassionate and really restored some of the faith that had been shattered by the owner of LBBC. I am so very grateful for Lia for coming to our aid at such a chaotic time! Please consider her services if you are expecting!!!

I could not recommend Lia’s birth class enough. As a first time dad, it was really easy to feel overwhelmed with the plethora of information out there online.

Taking her class made it easy for me to focus on learning everything I needed to know to support my wife through her pregnancy, and she did it in a way that was digestible and easy to for me reference.

If you are debating on whether to take Lia’s class or not, trust me…look no further. She will walk you through everything you need to know to, so you are fully prepared for delivery. Highly recommend to ANYONE having a child.

This class was incredible! As first time parents, my husband and I were unsure of what to expect from pregnancy and the birth process but this class is extremely comprehensive. Lia is so sweet and does a wonderful job of teaching, giving you all the information you could possibly need for a healthy pregnancy and delivery process. My husband especially appreciated it, he felt more involved in my pregnancy and was really able to support me (even in ways I didn't know I would need) with all of the tools we gained from this class. If you can, take it!!

I followed Lia on Instagram after a friend highly recommended her when I shared I was with my first child.
I found her posts inspiring, helpful and relatable as I was entering this new journey of the unknown being pregnant and into future motherhood.
I entered an Instagram contest and won the 8 series of classes online via Zoom.
My husband & I are so grateful to have been able to take these classes. Through her classes he learned how to provide support as my coach in emotional ways through affirmations, physical ways through exercise and nourishment and in educational ways by advocating with me, my birth preferences when we would attend appointments.
We graduated her class feeling informed and supported. I personally felt brave and un afraid of an unmedicated and natural birth.

If I could give more stars here I would! Lia's Bradley Method class is absolutely hands down the best thing my husband and I did during our pregnancy! We learned soooo much! We took all the hospital classes, we hired a doula and her 4 hours of birth classes AND still there is just NO WAY we learned a fraction of what we learned while taking the Bradley classes from Lia! The classes were so engaging, so informative, a platform to ask the craziest questions, and they allowed us to make life long Bradley friends with babies the same age as ours!
Every single pregnant person and their partner should take this class even if it's not your first baby. It will change your life, your relationship with your baby, your partners relationship with the baby. It will leave you feeling so confident about your birth expectations the good, the potential bad, the everything. You will learn how to talk with your doctor about tough decisions and know when to advocate for yourself. If you are looking for a reason to sign up for this class, do it! It will be the best money you ever spent on you and your baby!
