I recently took my pre-licensing class and I have to say it was a challenge yet rewarding. Classes were held through zoom during the evenings which worked out perfect for me because I was able to be at home with my kid and be able to study at the same time. Enrique was a great instructor, he was always honest and very informative. He made things easier to understand by putting them into real life situation which made it easier to understand the concepts. Overall it was a long 5 weeks of hard studying but with the help of Enrique, I was able to pass my state exam on the first try. I highly recommend this school to anyone whos looking into acquiring their real estate license.

This was an awesome class. Not only was it very informative about Real Estate policies and requirements, Enrique also brought in alot of real world knowledge. His tips and tricks are priceless. The class made getting my license easy and convenient with class times and Enrique's availability to answer all my questions. I would refer this class to anyone.

SCAM !!!!!!!
stay away from this crappy school..... They charge 50 dlls deposit and once classes start another charge of 718 dlls (course full cost) ahead
This course don't worth the money due only 2% of students will be passing the final exam......
Online courses is just half of cost with better tools
If you pay the full amount
You will have a hard time getting refound
