The facility is equipped to manage various types of shipments, including truckload, less-than-trailer load (LTL), and other specialized freight.

On-site services are a key element of this operation. Operational Details and Estimated Wait Times

Based on user feedback, unloading times can vary significantly depending on the nature of the load. Drivers frequently report that shipments requiring floor loading – meaning goods are unloaded directly from the trailer – tend to experience longer wait times. A typical arrival time is around 9:50 AM, with departures often occurring several hours later, as seen by drivers leaving as late as 4:50 PM. The process involves checking seals, assigning drivers to dock doors, and a system of callbacks to notify drivers when their trailer is ready for unloading. The estimated wait time for floor loads can be substantial, with some drivers experiencing delays of four hours or more. Factors such as the volume of traffic and the complexity of the shipment contribute to these variations.

Arrived here at 9:50 am for 10:00am appointment. Easy check in. 2 right lanes for otr drivers. They check your seal and assign you to DD. Because my load wasn't on pallets I was told it'll be a minimum of 4 hrs to get unloaded.
I left at 4:50 pm. They call you and return to office. Just be mindful of what you have on trailer as it will determine your wait time.

If there were a ZERO star, they would receive it.

My husband is a long-hauler. He always makes sure his load is early to on time.

His appointment delivery time was 19:00 on July 21st. He dropped the trailer off at 18:00 on July 21st. He simply asked what time they would be done, the guy shrugged his shoulders and said I have no clue, whenever they get done.

Since there is NO overnight parking, and there's NO close parking available, he had to drive 20 minutes to get parking. (which isn't bad).

It wasn't till 00:45 on July 22nd. They called and told him the trailer was ready.

It's been 9 days, and they still haven't done a damn thing with the paperwork. So he is still yet to be paid.

What a slump of a place.

So let me get this straight. I have a single product load. You can’t even give me a rough estimate of how long my unload will be. You just say 2hrs minimum and throw your arms up shrugging. And if I do the Pull and Email method it takes you 3-5 business days to process my paperwork. So basically I’m stuck sitting here for your undetermined amount of time or I can’t get paid for a week. Do better.

Great place to deliver. In and out fast, cookie cutter other than tons of overnight parking outside gate on dirt strip. Break room and vending onsite.
