This place is great. Don’t waste time with the big giant out on the highway. They will beat the price for quality fishing equipment . From gigging frogs,and catching blue gills or the dreaded Oscar, the beautiful peacock bass, to jigging for red snapper and electric reels to bring up Goliath from 1000’. They have it all.
Better than that , they can fix what you already have. If it can be fixed. Talk to Mike or Mike . If they are behind the counter. They know what there talking about.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bill and Mike at Lehr's. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about rods and reels. He helped me pick out a new rod. It's great to chat with someone with hands-on experience with their product. Bill helped my me and my son get our reels serviced. Their service was quick - just over a week to get my reels fully serviced. Prices were good. This is a great shop.

From the moment I walked in, I felt like I stepped into a time capsule, as I gazed upon hundreds of lure and tackle options, all crammed into a cozy little slice of anglers heaven. The owner is really cool, as well as the rest of the associates. Mike, in particular, is very knowledgeable, and will make sure you leave with exactly what you need. This is the oldest tackle shop in Fort Myers, and I can guarantee you that it ain't going nowhere. I was converted from a curious patron into a customer for life. Thank you Lehr's!

Wouldn’t even bother going to another tackle store. The guys at Lehrs are more than willing to help you find anything you need, even if it’s something they’ll have to order to make you happy. I’ve probably had a hundred conversations with the owner, Mike. Awesome family owned and operated business that has one of the best, if not the best, selection of reels and rods in SWFL 👍🏻
